About This Event

Infosys BPM engaged WNY Holidays to design an intimate three-day leadership offsite for 45 senior executives in the coffee estates of Coorg. The programme was structured to balance strategic workshop sessions with curated team-building experiences in nature. WNY designed the agenda in close collaboration with the HR leadership, selected a boutique heritage property, and managed all facilitation logistics. The offsite resulted in a documented strategic roadmap and significantly improved cross-functional alignment among the leadership team.
